Dr. Laura M. Horsch, Ph.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults
Treatment Schedule

A typical psychotherapy treatment schedule involves weekly 50-minute appointments. Our first few sessions will focus on evaluating your or your child's current problems, concerns, and needs. By the end of the evaluation period, I will offer you my clinical impressions and a recommended approach to treatment. The goals of therapy are arrived at by mutual collaboration between us. The goals we establish will be reviewed during the course of our work in order to assess and/or modify the focus of therapy according to your needs.

Fees & Insurance

Please review my Contract and Consent Form for information on policies and fees, and feel free to Contact Me with any questions about my fees and services. In regards to health insurance, certain policies will provide some coverage for "out of network" mental health treatment. This typically occurs as reimbursement for fees you have already paid for clinical services. I will complete forms and provide you with any information you may need to receive these benefits; however, please be aware that it is your responsibility to provide full payment before submitting this information to your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to change a scheduled appointment, it is important that you provide at least 24 hours advance notice in order to avoid being billed for the session.

Forms

The forms listed to the right must be completed prior to commencing psychotherapy. If you are a new client, please review and complete them before our first meeting.
